YOU MAY BE WONDERING...

A.I am based in Sanford and Midland, Michigan, where all of my sessions occur. These little towns offer a wide variety of locations to accommodate just about anything you might be looking for. Take a look at my "Portfolio" page, and let me know if you see any pictures taken at a location that captures your interest! At this time, I am not doing any traveling outside of those cities - especially during these Michigan winter months!

A.Generally, between 2 and 4 weeks, it just depends on how "busy" I am. Often times, I am shooting multiple sessions on one day. I do want to add that fall is my busiest season, so I really encourage your patience during that time if I am unable to deliver within the promised turnaround. My best advice is to never wait until the last minute to book because I do only offer limited spots per month!

A.The number of digitals delivered depends on the type of session you book; For example, senior sessions offer more digitals than family sessions. On average, I can say that you can expect at least 40 digital images PLUS around 10-12 in black and white. To get a better estimate, just scroll up on this page for more details pertaining to each session category I offer. You will end up receiving all the pictures that turned out during your session (ones where you are looking and not blinking and so forth) and this includes me picking out the best picture or two from each pose. So even though my package may say you receive 30 images - this is just the minimum and you'll likely get up to double that, but I can never promise anything more than the details of my package. But have no fear, I promise I am not trying to keep any pictures from you for any reason other than the fact that they may not have turned out. Having clients choose their images (in my opinion) just slows down the process for me and I wouldn't want to put you in the position of having to make any difficult decisions anyways!

A.There are endless "types" of photoshoots that exist these days! Some popular ones I have done include gender reveals, BFF shoots, and mommy & me but the list is not limited to just these. Feel free to send me a message with a description of what you are looking to get done, and I will let you know if it's something I can help with and then we can discuss pricing and what would be included! NOTE: I do not do newborn sessions, boudoir sessions or weddings any longer.

A.I do not have my own studio, but I do know of one we can book. Clients pay the extra fee for booking this studio. Please ask for photos of it. I am however a natural light photographer, and use the sun as my measure of lighting. Honestly, I just prefer shooting outdoors anyways because there is so much more beauty and creativity available to utilize.

A.In the past, I have mainly done: mommy + me, sunflower, fall and Christmas. I think these 4 you can count on.
Often times, these are limited to 1 or 2 days only, and require you to book your time slot ahead of time. Sometimes I have a little scene with props set up for these and they're a quick and convenient way to get a few pictures with your loved ones in memory of whatever holiday or occasion it is. Watch for these on my Facebook page and Instagram stories as spots often fill quickly.
